Circles Show

My school had an art show call Circles. It was a school wide show. The idea is that your piece has to have something to do with a circle, either physically or metaphorically. My drawing made it in, it was called Circle of friends. The whole idea behind it was a group of three friends getting together, it is a triptic (meaning there are three drawings together to make one) which shows the progression of time (another circle) through the night as their party gets better and better. My sculpture got in as well. It's a clay head, heads are circular. hahahaha. We also put a piece in as a class for sculpture, we went around town and found all this junk either in the street, dumpsters, or dollar store and we used wax to put it on these boards and hot glue also. We were debating if we should call it "ReCircled" (since we were recycling a lot of stuff on it) or "I spy a circle" because it kind of looks like those I Spy... books. Had a great time at the show and I was very happy with how my work looked up with the rest of them :)
